Andrew Redman MA Beng
Andrew is the founder and director of Realise Product Design. He is the man who drives the projects forward and he is at the centre of the Realise network.
He has 10 years experience running a product design consultancy, during which time he has proved extremely versatile, working with inventors and large businesses alike.
With an engineering background and an artistic streak, Andrew is very practical and is happiest getting his hands dirty making things work. He's married, with two boys, a dog and an old Norton motorbike.
Do you have a design hero?
R.J. Mitchell - He had the foresight to see trouble coming and the vision to design our way out of it with the Spitfire. Today, we face the madness of materialism instead of the madness of one man.
What do you never leave home without?

Robert Craven
Ed Burdick BSc
Ed specialises in conceptual side of product design. He combines artistic talent with his inquisitive nature and good all-round design ability.
He joined Realise on day one and has proved to be a great asset, contributing effectively to a number of successful projects. He works intensively in the early stages of the design process, taking sketched concepts through to simple models, then working prototypes.
When not staying late in the studio, Ed enjoys mountain biking, skydiving and learning to play the ukulele.
What’s your greatest design asset?
My curiosity, it allows me to discover ideas, places and people that I would never have found otherwise.
What do you never leave home without?
My Moleskine notebook and a 2B pencil.
