Andrew Redman
Andrew is the founder and director of Realise Product Design. He is the man who drives the projects forward and he is at the centre of the Realise network. He has 10 years experience running a product design consultancy, during which time he has proved extremely versatile, working with inventors and large businesses alike.
With an engineering background and an artistic streak, Andrew is very practical and is happiest getting his hands dirty making things work. He's married, with three boys, a Jack Russel and a 1970's Norton.
Gary Hunt
Gary joined the Realise in 2010 after graduating from the University of the West of England with a 1st class honours degree in Creative Product Design. Prior to this Gary had a great year at Studio John Sebastian in Denmark, creating for brands like Georg Jensen and Dupont, capping it with presentations at the Stockholm furniture fair. Since arriving Gary has been an integral part of the team, a real all rounder, he's found his niche helping inventors and start-ups get their product to market.

Alison Redman
Ali is Realise's all-round admin wizard and the company secretary.
When she is not whipping us into shape, she also finds time to be a Designer Goldsmith and a mum to their 3 boys. Good going girl!
